How it works
Sign in to Ticketmaster
Open the event page link and confirm the time for the release.
Every event has a 15 minute timer.
We will text you the event to confirm you are participating in the correct event.
Once the event goes live, join the queue.
DO NOT JOIN LATE.
You will enter a waiting room for about 10–15 minutes.
DO NOT REFRESH. It will look like this:
When the queue is over, you will get a number with your spot in line. This is the number you must fill out in the form above
Note: The number in line will go down the more people log off but we only need the first number you see.
Do NOT SEND each number as the line goes down.
Once you fill out your queue number on the form, you are done and can close out of Ticketmaster.com.
